By using Toolkit, you agree to these terms. Our tools are designed for high-performance, local-only processing. We provide the software; you provide the hardware. We are not responsible for how you choose to use the resulting files.
2. Prohibited
You may not use our tools to process illegal material, attempt to scrap our site assets, or disrupt the local-processing scripts.
3. No Warranty
Toolkit is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that the tools will always be error-free.
4. Property Rights
The design, branding, and custom-built scripts of Toolkit are the intellectual property of Toolkit Studio. You may use them, but you may not clone the platform for commercial gain.
5. Data Integrity & Intellectual Property
Toolkit acts as a processing engine only. We do not provide cloud storage, and we do not guarantee the permanent preservation of your intellectual data. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Toolkit is not liable for data corruption, loss, or unauthorized access occurring on your local device.
